CEO: Dr. Mohd Khalaf

Dr. Mohd Khalaf, specializes in the areas of Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine. He completed his training in Orofacial Pain from University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and obtained a Certificate in Oral Medicine & Orofacial Pain from University of Southern California Los Angeles.

He is Board Certified in the area of Orofacial Pain by the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. Dr. Khalaf was as an Assistant Professor in the areas of Oral Medicine, Oral diagnosis, and taught at the post-graduate level in Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine at the University of Kentucky. In addition, he is published in both these fields. He currently runs the Orofacial Pain and Oral medicine service in Kaiser Permanente in the Northern California Sacramento area. He established and is directing a Fellowship Program in Northern California at Kaiser Permanente in the area of Orofacial and Oral Medicine.

V.P. for Business Development and Operations: Taisir El-Qoulaq

Taisir is a highly educated professional with more than 25 years of accumulated experience in leadership, Finance, Budgeting, management, and operations in both the private and the Government sectors. Taisir has demonstrated skilful abilities in conflict resolution, cross cultural team building, communications, and in International business and International expansion.

Through Taisir’s vast network in technology, Finance, and Law, he connects ideas, strategic partnerships, capital, and opportunities.

Taisir has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.A. in Economics. Both degrees were obtained from San Diego State University.

Lead Technology: Bassam Masri

Bassam Masriis a very experienced and hands on lead engineer with strong embedded firmware, mobile software and application development.

Business development, account penetration, thought leadership and industry expertise, including public speaking, global product marketing strategy and execution for companies at intersection of healthcare and technology.
